Blue Ribbon has been in the manufactured housing industry for many years. Our company was incorporated in 1977, but the Hanson family has been in the business since 1947. Blue Ribbon is owned and operated by L.M. Hanson and Robert Hanson (father and son), two generations with hands on experience. This experience consists of 52 years of retail sales with up to 13 locations across the United States. In the last ten years Robert Hanson has worked exclusively with park owners/developers along with their managers in designing, constructing, and selling manufactured homes in their projects. In addition to sales of manufactured and modular homes, we also offer site work improvements to include: Lot pad prep, permanent foundations/stemwalls, alternate septic systems, water cisterns w/ pump and pump houses, driveways with culverts, electrical pedestals/poles, garages, decks and permits for all.
