The Solaris / 16603A built by Cavco Goodyear is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 930 square feet on a 60-foot frame. At the left end, a bedroom with a walk-in closet shares a wall with a bath that has a shower, and the entrance opens into a dining area beside an island kitchen. A long living room leads to a utility area with optional washer and dryer space, and two more bedrooms and a bath with a tub fill the right end. This floor plan is part of Cavco Goodyear’s Reserve home line.
