The Alpha / VE-24603A built by Cavco Goodyear is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,400 square feet on a 60-foot frame. A bedroom with a shower bath beside it fills the left end, while an island kitchen, a dining room and a long living room run through the middle. A utility room and a bath with a tub sit toward the back right next to a bedroom, and a front bedroom and a den share the front right corner. This floor plan is part of Cavco Goodyear’s Ovation home line.
