The Casita Series / Model E built by Cavco Riverside is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide manufactured, park model home with 399 square feet on a 34-foot frame. An open living room and a kitchen along the back wall share most of this one-bedroom plan, with the bedroom and a full bath at the opposite end. The bath includes a tub and a spot for a water heater, with an optional stacked washer and dryer beside it. The drawing also marks an optional heat pump wrap above the kitchen.
