Canyon Lake 24563L

The Canyon Lake / 24563L built by Cavco Riverside is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide manufactured home with 1,306 square feet on a 56-foot frame. The primary bedroom has its own bath, and a glamour bath upgrade is drawn as an option. A bedroom sits in the middle of the plan beside a second bath, the utility room and the kitchen with an optional island and dining area. The living room fills the front, and optional drawings show a porch, an entertainment center with a dormer, and a coat closet. This floor plan is part of Cavco Riverside’s Ovation home line.
